“Make the best impression in the very first drill.”

Today we held a special training session.

Out of respect for his current position, I won’t go into details, but we were fortunate to welcome a coach with experience at a European club.

What stayed with me most was his opening message:

“Make the best impression in the very first drill.”

First impressions truly matter.

By giving everything from the start: communicating, running hard, and showing commitment, players naturally leave a positive impression. That impression often leads to greater attention and more opportunities, whether in football or in life.

This session was a great learning experience not only for the players, but also for me.

I’m truly grateful for the time and inspiration he shared, and I hope to continue providing experiences like this for our EFA players to support their growth both on and off the pitch.
