今日は小学生高学年の交流戦。

相手は技術もしっかりしていて、球際の強度も高く、まさに今のEFAにとって必要な刺激でした。

レベルが上がると、個人の力だけではなかなか崩せなくなり、仲間のサポートが欠かせません。

EFAでは、今の力量ごとに細かく分けることはしていないからこそ、全員の意識と技術の底上げが勝利への鍵になります。

課題も多く見つかりましたが、コーチ陣で共有して次につなげていくだけ。壁が現れたときこそ、それを乗り越える努力を重ねていこう。落ち込むのではなく、「また強くなれるチャンス」と前向きに捉えて。

対戦していただいた甲山SCの皆様、ありがとうございました。

Raising Everyone’s Level

Today, our upper elementary group played a friendly match.

The opponent was technically solid and played with great intensity, exactly the kind of challenge EFA needs right now. As the level gets higher, individual skills alone are no longer enough to break through; support from teammates becomes essential.

At EFA, we don’t divide players strictly by ability or skill level, so everyone’s effort, awareness, and growth are key to achieving success together.

We identified plenty of areas to improve, and the coaching team will share and work on them.

When we hit a wall, all we can do is keep working hard to overcome it.

Rather than feeling down, let’s take it as a sign that we’re getting stronger.
