みなそれぞれやる気の浮き沈みや、他への興味、友達との関係性、勉強の忙しさなど抱えながらだとは思うけれど、確実に殻を破り成長している彼らのパフォーマンスを見ていると嬉しくなる。何事も今の差は自分次第で必ず将来逆転できるということを実際に体験してほしい。それが自信に繋がるはずだから。

Everyone is continuing football while dealing with various challenges—whether it’s a lack of motivation, interest in other things, relationships with friends, or being busy with studies. But each of them is undoubtedly making progress in their own way.

I want them to experience through football that any gap they face now can definitely be reversed in the future if they put in the effort. This will undoubtedly build their confidence for the future.
